I love this hospital!!! I just had my baby there on Aug 2 and loved the experience 😊. The nurses and doctors love what they do and care about patients a lot. I felt respected and very important while under their care. I really recommend this place to all my friends and family. All I can say to them is thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
Brought my 5 year old to the pediatric ER few weeks ago around 2am he had a fever and the staff and pediatrician were very caring tentative and prompt service.
My experiences here have been nothing short of good. The facility is not groundbreaking and has an aesthetic of the early 2000s, but is clean and the staff are nice enough. In my opinion, doctor hermenez is a bit unplesant but otherwise gave me the medications that I need
Medical care has always been Professional yet kind and caring. Great staff and good facility.
I had two very different experences here, one during my admission and one after. During my stay for an emergency admission for a bleeding ulcer, I found the staff, doctors, nurses, and techs, to be pleasant and helpful; that would have rated 5 stars. But several weeks later I contacted the hospital because my family physician had not received any of the records from my stay. I asked to speak to someone about my Patient Records, and someone, who shall not be named answered the phone. I told her what the problem was, and she said the doctor had been copied my records. I told her that "be that as it may, he has not received them." She snapped that she would resend them; I said thank you as she slammed the phone down. This rates a 1, or perhaps a 0; hence, the 3-star average. The administrative staff needs some interpersonal sensitivity training. My doctor now has my records.

This is REALLY SCARING ME!!! My doctor has referred me to a doctor. Does the staff really mistreats the PATIENTS at this hospital? I understand the doctors are great. The staff sound right out of a HORROR movie, what gives?
I recently moved to the area and I am so happy that MedStar Montgomery is the closest hospital to me. Unfortunately, I've had to go to the ER on two occasions but luckily they have both been great experiences with Dr. Adler. The first time was with my mother and a few weeks later I had to go in. Dr. Adler was great, it was really busy but he spent a long time with both of us making sure to answer all of our questions. I was hoping he could be my primary doctor but he said he only works in the ER, but he gave me a list of doctors in the area, which is great.
The ER stuff is wonderful! I went in after 5pm and was thinking that I would be sitting here all night but they were very quick and organized. The nurses were great and kept checking in to see if we needed anything. Dr. Dave is a great doctor! He was so easy to talk to and gave you the time and attention that you needed. He is really down to earth and makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. If I ever need to go to the ER again this is the hospital that I will go back to.
